### What is Hetu Parallel Network?

Hetu Parallel Network is a decentralized AI compute network based on the Nostr protocol. It is designed to transform your idle consumer-grade GPUs (such as RTX 3090/4090) into a stable stream of cash flow.

#### ✨ Core Highlights

* Dual Income Stream: We refuse to let compute power go to waste. Your node earns Flux when processing tasks, and generates Credit (guaranteed points) even when idling in standby mode. You generate value 24/7.
* Continuous Demand: By offering prices 70% lower than the market combined with native privacy protection, we attract a massive number of AI developers, ensuring a steady supply of tasks for miners.
* Easy Access: Supports Windows/Linux with one-click deployment. The system automatically identifies hardware tiers, allowing you to easily start earning passive income.

### 💻 Daily Operations Guide (Terminal)

This guide is designed for users deploying via the Command Line (Terminal) on Mac/Linux or Windows (Manual Deployment).

#### 1. How to Stop the Node

When you need to stop the node or turn off your computer:

* Standard Method (Recommended): inside the terminal window running the program, press `Ctrl + C`.

  > Note: The program may take a few seconds to finish the current task and disconnect gracefully. Please wait patiently until the command prompt reappears.
* Force Close: Click the X on the terminal window. (Not recommended as it may leave background processes running, though it is the simplest method).

#### 2. How to Restart the Node

Please strictly follow this 3-Step Process:

Step 1: Enter Project Directory Open your terminal and use `cd` to enter the folder you downloaded:

Bash

```
cd prakasa
```

Step 2: Activate Virtual Environment (Crucial!) You must activate the Python virtual environment created during installation, otherwise, you will see "Module not found" errors.

* Mac / Linux:

  Bash

  ```
  source ./venv/bin/activate
  ```
* Windows:

  PowerShell

  ```
  .\venv\Scripts\activate
  ```

  > *Success Indicator: Once activated, you will see `(venv)` at the beginning of your command line.*

Step 3: Run the Start Command Once the environment is active, paste your startup command:

Bash

```
# Example (Please use your own wallet address)
prakasa join -s 12D3KooWC7gWeHcaZQA4Jx8Z6y2dMe4pBqFakbaSAFpa3Svm2V7x --eth-account 0xC8C160905C71f2B3EE5De2E6Bb597B596b05A3D4
```

> 💡 Pro Tip: Press the Up Arrow (⬆️) key in the terminal to cycle through your command history. You don't need to copy-paste every time.

#### 3. Health Check: Is it running?

After starting, don't just stare at the black screen. Look for these signals:

**✅ Normal Signals**

* INFO: All normal logs start with `INFO` (usually green or white text).
* Connected: Indicates a successful connection to the Nostr Relay.
* Heartbeat / Ping: Appears every few seconds. This means your node is online.
* Job / Task: If you see these words, your GPU is currently processing a task (Working).

**❌ Error Signals**

* ERROR / CRITICAL: Red text indicating a problem.
* Connection Refused: Usually a network issue. Check your proxy/VPN.

***

#### 4. Recommended Workflow

To maximize revenue and minimize maintenance:

1. On Startup: Open Terminal -> `cd` folder -> `source` activate venv -> `⬆️` Up Arrow to run history command.
2. Idling: Keep the terminal window minimized. Do not close it.
   * Mac Users: Ensure your computer does not enter Sleep Mode (Display off is fine, but the system must stay awake), or the network connection will drop.
3. Routine Check: Glance at the terminal morning and night to ensure the Heartbeat is still ticking. If it has stopped or errored, `Ctrl + C` and restart.

### 🔧 Troubleshooting: Installation Errors

If you encounter Timeout, Connection Reset, or Errors during `git clone` or `install`: This is likely because your Terminal is not passing traffic through your VPN/Proxy.

#### Solution 1: Enable TUN Mode (Recommended)

1. Open your VPN/Proxy software settings.
2. Look for "TUN Mode", "Enhanced Mode", or "Virtual Network Card" and enable it.

   > Why? Standard proxy modes only handle browser traffic. TUN Mode forces all computer traffic (including the Terminal) through the VPN.

#### Solution 2: Manual Proxy Configuration

If your software doesn't support TUN, enter the following command in your terminal manually (assuming your proxy port is `7890`):

Bash

```
export https_proxy=http://127.0.0.1:7890 http_proxy=http://127.0.0.1:7890 all_proxy=socks5://127.0.0.1:7890
```

Press Enter, then try running the installation command again.
